The Highest Level of Aseptic Processing Available for Syringes
Cook Pharmica’s parenteral manufacturing area includes a high-speed syringe filling line that can meet an annual capacity of 70 million syringes. Fully enclosed in a barrier isolator, the syringe line offers the highest level of CGMP aseptic processing available. For the addition of a syringe safety device, there is a safety device assembly line that can be configured in-line, prior to packaging. The secondary packaging area can blister pack and/or carton the final product and ready the prefilled syringe product for clinical or commercial distribution.
